Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the Crossfire CX website and services provided through Crossfire CX. Crossfire CX is operated by Crossfire.Network, LLC.

By using this website, contacting us, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Crossfire CX provides managed AI agent, customer experience, automation, and ongoing improvement services for small commerce and service businesses.

Our services may include strategy, setup, implementation, integrations, monitoring, reporting, and monthly optimization.

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, customer satisfaction scores, or performance outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to required systems, business rules, product or service details, and approval of customer-facing content or workflows.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any information they provide to Crossfire CX is lawful, accurate, and permitted to be used for the requested service.

AI-Generated Responses

Crossfire CX may configure AI systems that generate responses or recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or require human review.

Clients are responsible for deciding where AI should be used, when human review is required, and whether any AI-generated response is appropriate for their business.

Payments

Fees, billing terms, and service scope will be provided before purchase or engagement.

One-time fees are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed. Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.

Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Tools

Crossfire CX may use third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, AI providers, analytics tools, communication tools, payment processors, or integrations to deliver services.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data practices, or failures caused by third-party services.

Website Content

All content on this website is for general informational purposes only. It does not create a client relationship unless a service agreement or paid engagement is accepted.

Intellectual Property

Crossfire CX owns its website content, service methods, templates, prompts, workflows, and related materials unless otherwise agreed.

Clients retain ownership of their business data, brand materials, product information, and customer information.

Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information shared with us.

Clients should avoid sending sensitive personal, financial, health, legal, or regulated information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Crossfire CX services to support illegal activity, deceptive practices, spam, harassment, harmful content, unauthorized data collection, or misuse of customer information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crossfire CX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to Crossfire CX for the service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service according to the terms agreed at purchase or in writing.

Crossfire CX may suspend or terminate services if a client misuses the service, fails to pay, violates these Terms, or creates legal, security, or reputational risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
