Client Responsibilities

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any information they provide to Crossfire CX is lawful, accurate, and permitted to be used for the requested service.
AI-Generated Responses
Crossfire CX may configure AI systems that generate responses or recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or require human review.
Clients are responsible for deciding where AI should be used, when human review is required, and whether any AI-generated response is appropriate for their business.
Payments
Fees, billing terms, and service scope will be provided before purchase or engagement.
One-time fees are due at purchase unless otherwise agreed. Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Tools
Crossfire CX may use third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, AI providers, analytics tools, communication tools, payment processors, or integrations to deliver services.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data practices, or failures caused by third-party services.
